At Jair Transportation, we understand that air travel can be unpredictable. Our Airport Waiting Time Policy is designed to provide flexibility and peace of mind while ensuring efficient scheduling for all customers.

Complimentary Waiting Time

We provide up to 60 minutes (1 hour) of complimentary waiting time for all airport arrival pickups. This waiting period begins from the actual flight landing time when valid flight information has been provided during booking.

This complimentary waiting time allows passengers sufficient time to:

• Clear immigration.
• Collect checked baggage.
• Pass through customs.
• Meet their chauffeur comfortably without feeling rushed.

Flight Monitoring

To provide a seamless airport transfer experience, Jair Transportation monitors commercial flight arrivals whenever possible. If your flight is delayed or arrives earlier than scheduled, we will adjust your pickup time accordingly whenever operationally possible.

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate airline and flight information during the booking process.

Additional Waiting Time

If additional waiting time is required beyond the complimentary 60 minutes, it may be accommodated depending on chauffeur availability.

Additional waiting charges may apply according to our current hourly or waiting time rates. Customers will be informed whenever practical before additional charges are incurred.

Customer Communication

If you experience unexpected delays after landing, we encourage you to contact us as soon as possible by phone or WhatsApp. Early communication allows us to coordinate with your chauffeur and provide the best possible service.

Missed Contact

If our chauffeur cannot locate the passenger after the complimentary waiting period and multiple contact attempts have been unsuccessful, the reservation may be considered a No-Show in accordance with our No-Show Policy.

International Arrivals

International passengers often require additional time to complete immigration and customs procedures. Our complimentary 60-minute waiting period has been designed to accommodate most international arrivals comfortably.

Airport Pickup Experience

Our chauffeurs will arrive professionally dressed, assist with luggage whenever appropriate, and provide a comfortable, luxury transportation experience from the airport to your destination.
