Flight Delays

For airport pickups, customers should provide accurate flight information during booking. We monitor commercial flight arrivals whenever possible.

If a flight is delayed, we will make reasonable efforts to adjust pickup times based on availability.

Customer Changes

Changes to pickup time, destination, passenger count, or vehicle type should be requested as early as possible.

While we strive to accommodate modifications, availability cannot be guaranteed.

Weather and Force Majeure

If severe weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our control prevent service, we will work with customers to reschedule or provide an appropriate solution whenever possible.

Company Cancellations

In the unlikely event that Jair Transportation must cancel a confirmed reservation due to vehicle breakdown, safety concerns, or unforeseen operational issues, customers will receive either:

• A comparable replacement vehicle where available.
• A full refund if service cannot be provided.

Approved refunds are processed through the original payment provider.
