Jair Transportation provides professional luxury chauffeur services, including airport transfers, corporate transportation, hourly chauffeur service, cruise port transportation, wedding transportation, private events, and long-distance transportation.

Reservations

Reservations may be made online, by telephone, or through other approved communication channels. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Jair Transportation.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate pickup locations, travel dates, passenger information, and contact details when making a reservation.

Pricing

All quoted prices are based on the information provided at the time of booking. Additional charges may apply for extra stops, extended waiting time, route changes, tolls, parking fees, airport fees, or other requested services.

Prices are subject to change until a reservation has been confirmed.

Payments

Payment must be completed using one of our accepted payment methods, including Square or PayPal, unless alternative arrangements have been approved.

Passenger Responsibilities

Passengers are expected to:

• Arrive on time.
• Treat chauffeurs respectfully.
• Follow all applicable laws.
• Wear seat belts where required.
• Avoid damaging the vehicle.

Passengers may be held financially responsible for excessive cleaning, smoking violations, intentional damage, or unsafe behavior.

Vehicle Availability

Although every effort is made to provide the reserved vehicle, Jair Transportation reserves the right to substitute a comparable or upgraded vehicle if necessary due to maintenance, operational requirements, or unforeseen circumstances.

Delays

Traffic, weather conditions, road closures, and other unforeseen events may occasionally affect travel times. Jair Transportation will make every reasonable effort to minimize delays but cannot guarantee arrival times beyond circumstances within our control.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the reservation. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from delays caused by weather, accidents, government actions, or other events beyond our reasonable control.

Lost Property

Passengers are responsible for ensuring all belongings are collected before leaving the vehicle. While we will make reasonable efforts to return lost items, Jair Transportation is not liable for lost or damaged personal property.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, graphics, text, and images, is the property of Jair Transportation and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.

Governing Law
